All orders MUST have a physical address; Fed Ex does not deliver to a P.O. Box address.
FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY
Time allotted for shipping is based on several factors, including destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment.
Delivery estimates are calculated by taking our estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel form our facilities to your destination address, based on the shipping method you have chosen.
Orders for multiple items or multiple copies of a single item can take longer to assemble before we are able to ship them to you.
CONFERENCES or other "made-to-order" products go through a production process and can take longer to assemble and ship, please allow extra time for these types of products.
SHIPPING METHODS
*Most orders are estimated to be shipped no longer than 72 hours from the timeit was placed.
FEDEX GROUND: Ship time is subject to the orders item availability. FedEx Ground Service is an estimated 1-5 business days from the time it leaves our building until it is delivered to you (customer’s in Alaska or Hawaii can expect 3-7 business days). Upon your orders shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number so that you can determine its arrival date.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Upon request we can provide the tracking number for your FedEx Ground shipment order. After you purchase your products, an automatic email invoice will be sent to your registered email address, you can use this as a reference for requesting your tracking information.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
On occasion packages are returned to us as "undeliverable". In such cases, we will automatically issue a full refund (minus the shipping charges).
If a package is deemed lost as a result of our error, we will refund the order. HOWEVER, if the order is lost because of an error of a customer, the charges will not be refunded.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund from the estimated delivery date as mentioned above, please contact us.
WHY WAS MY PACKAGEUNDELIVERALBE?
*Our carriers may deema package "undeliverable" for one of the following reasons; INCORRECT ADDRESS: If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient.
IF an APO or FPO address is entered as an international address', the package will not reach its destination.
CARRIER DOES NOT DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS: USPS does not deliver to some address'. If you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that USPS only forwards first-class mail and magazines, U.S.P.S DOES NOT FORWARD PACKAGES.
ADDRESS FORMAT
If an address was entered in an incorrect format, it will be undeliverable.
WEATHER DELAYS
If you live in an area experiencing snow storms or other extreme weather, weather delays may add additional time to the estimated delivery date of your order.
AFTER ESTIMATEDDELIVERY DATE
FEDEX will have tracking information available and is readily available upon request. Please track your package via this information. Tracking information can read as follows: DELIVERED, UNDELIVERABLE/RETURN TO SENDER, or there may be no information available.
DELIVERED
Please check with your neighbors or family members. Packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch, garage, or even behind bushes.
UNDELIVERABLE
If the package is being returned to us, or if the address is incorrect, please contact us.
NO TRACKING AVAILABLE
If you cannot locate tracking or delivery information about your package, start with checking your shipping address you entered for your order. If all of your information is correct, please contact us with all of your order information. Please include; order number, order date, name order is under, and how it was requested to be shipped.
RETURN POLICY
*ALL"MADE-TO-ORDER" PRODUCTS (conferences, schools, and services) are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are only made upon your request.

FULL REFUND CONDITIONS
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Kingdom Revelation Ministries, Inc. department within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
PARTIAL REFUND CONDITIONS
Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
FAULTY PRODUCT
*Please try playingall media in several different players before contacting us about potentiallyfaulty product. Some MEDIA (DVD/CD) will not play in equipment that is not CURRENT technology.
If a product you receive is faulty, we will replace that product. Before returning the product to us , please contact us and provide the following information:
Your name as appears on the order.
Shipping address .
Your daytime phone number.
Order number.
Product details: please include information on the make, model and year of your CD/DVD player and symptoms of your faulty product.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We will pay the return shipping costs if we request product to be returned as a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.)
ITEM CONDITION
Items that are returned to Kingdom Revelation Ministries, Inc. that are damaged may or may not receive a partial refund. Your refund will be at the discretion of Kingdom Revelation Ministries, Inc. Staff.
WINDOW OF TIME FOR REFUND
All financial information that was given to Kingdom Revelation Ministries, Inc. Online Store for purchasing your order is unavailable to Staff. In order for you to obtain a refund, you will first have to contact us with your credit card account information to begin your refund process.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you may receive a refund more quickly.
Timeperiod stated includes the transit time for us to receive your return product(5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once wereceive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days).
